About USATVStream

A Texas-registered streaming company that has been putting American television on American screens since 2017 — without trucks, installers, contracts or a retention department.

Who we are

One of the larger independent IPTV operations in the country

USATVStream was registered in Texas in 2017 by a small team out of the broadcast engineering side of the industry — people who had spent years building playout chains and satellite downlinks for regional networks, and who were tired of watching households pay $140 a month for a package with four channels they actually wanted.

The proposition has not changed since: take the live television Americans want, deliver it over the broadband connection they are already paying for, charge once per term, and answer the phone. Today 94,000 households in all 50 states watch through us, and roughly four in five of them renew.

We are deliberately not the biggest operation in this market. We are small enough that a subscriber with an unusual request — a regional sports feed, a hometown affiliate, a foreign-language network from the international tiers — gets a real answer from a real person within the day.

Our mission

Make television boring again

Not boring to watch — boring to buy. No promotional rate that doubles in month thirteen. No installation appointment window. No box to return to a strip-mall counter. No surcharge line item invented by a billing department.

Everything USATVStream sells is on the pricing page, in US dollars, as a single number. You pay it once, you watch for the term, and when the term ends you decide whether to buy another. That is the whole business model, and the FAQ spells out the rest of it in plain language.

The corollary is that we do not hand out complimentary lines or run manufactured urgency campaigns. Stable streaming servers cost money every month; a provider giving service away is either about to disappear or is quietly degrading the quality of the subscribers who did pay.

Support 11 min

Median first response

A single desk handles pre-sales, activation, setup, channel requests and billing, seven days a week from Dallas. Most tickets close on the first reply because we support exactly one playback application.

How it works behind the scenes

Why the picture holds up on a Sunday

Every weekend in the autumn, every IPTV provider in North America gets the same stress test at 1pm Eastern. Most fail it. We built for that hour specifically.

  • Regional edge capacity. Traffic is served from nodes close to the subscriber rather than one central cluster, so a Dallas household and a Seattle household do not compete for the same pipe.
  • Automatic feed failover. When a source stalls, the routing layer moves the stream to a healthy mirror without the viewer touching the remote.
  • Deliberate one-device policy. Single-stream subscriptions are the reason we can guarantee capacity. Providers that sell five simultaneous connections for the same money are selling the same bandwidth five times.
  • Nightly guide rebuilds. The 7-day EPG is regenerated every night rather than whenever a cron job happens to fire, which is why the guide data actually matches what is on screen.

If you want the practical version of all this, the setup guide shows exactly what the experience looks like on your hardware.

I went with the three-month term because the annual felt like a leap before I knew the service. Two renewals later I am still on it. Picture holds up on Sunday afternoons when every game is on at once, which is when every provider I tried before fell apart.

My line took about five hours to land instead of the usual hour, and honestly I was ready to be annoyed. Then support messaged me first to explain the payment review and credited the delay. Been running clean ever since.

I bought a single month to test it and then kicked myself for not taking the twelve-month price. Wrote in to ask if there was anything they could do and they applied the difference to my next term. That is not a reply I expected.

One regional sports channel kept stalling in the fourth quarter. Sent a message at 11pm, had a different server assigned before the game finished. Everything else has been rock solid for eight months.

I have paid four different providers over three years and this is the first one that did not oversell itself. No giveaways, no fake countdown timers, a clear price list and a line that actually works. The Latin tier alone is worth it for my family.

Started monthly to evaluate it, mostly for my wife who watches three specific cooking networks. All three were there. I asked for two more regional channels and they were added within the week. We are on the annual now.

Fewer Vietnamese channels than I hoped for, so I will be honest about that. But every Seattle local affiliate is there in HD, the on-demand library is enormous, and the guide data is accurate, which matters more to me day to day.

Be one of them

94,000 American households already watch this way. The introductory month is the least expensive way to find out whether you want to be one of them.
